UPSI-BVS is the professional association for the Belgian real estate sector – it includes all the leading companies operating in real estate related industries
- Represents Belgian property developers & investors active in various sector s: residential, offices, logistics, retail, student housing, senior care & PPP
- Promotes the development & correct functioning of the property market
- Supports & encourages all legal and administrative measures that help the real estate sector to fulfil its social function : designing, financing and selling buildings to individuals, companies & administrations
- Represents its members’ interests towards federal & regional governments
- Collaborates with and advises the various public administrations
- Informs its members about the technical, legal and financial aspects of the real estate sector
- Has representatives on several official urban and regional planning committees
- Represents Belgium in Build Europe – the European Real Estate Federation
UPSI-BVS organises regular business lunches, information meetings and/or study days.

UPSI-BVS has also a young real estate community called YUB (Young UPSI-BVS)
